I was alarmed when the Dubbo Woolies stopped selling Schnitzel, but I assumed it was a lack of demand thing (vegetarians are few on the ground in Dubbo), but now I have moved to Northern NSW - the capital of hippiedom, and am frantic! I have tried in three different supermarkets - and nothing - they are all stocking Fry's brand which is horrible.  What has happened?  where can I get my schnitzel? I'm in Lismore.

 Luckily enough for me, they're available in supermarkets around my area in Elwood and St Kilda in Vic.

Just use the vegi roast... slice and crumb it....

you can even cut into strips and put sweet chilli and coconut in the crumb .......hmmmmmmm yeh
