Oven: Cook from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 15-18 mins, turning over mid-way through cooking.
Pan Fry: Cook from frozen in a pan with a little cooking oil over medium heat for 7-10 mins, turning over during cooking.
Overcooking dries and toughens. Cooking times will be shorter if the product is thawed just before cooking. Make sure the product is heated thoroughly and evenly before eating. DO NOT RE-FREEZE THAWED PRODUCT.
