  • 4 hot dog rolls 
  • 2 brown onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup vegan cheese, grated
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • Your favourite hot dog sauces – we used tomato and American style mustard
  1. Warm hot dog buns on a low heat in oven for a few minutes. Slice tops lengthwise.
  2. Pan fry hot dogs according to directions on pack.
  3. Pan fry onion on medium low heat until caramelised (approx. 10 minutes).
  4. Garnish with shallots and sauces of choice.
