Cranberry Sourdough Sandwiches

  • 1 pack of Vegie Delights Chick’n Style Slices
  • 225g beetroot slices
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 80g rocket leaves
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • Sourdough bread
  • Your choice of dressing


  1. Prepare all ingredients and spread bread with cranberry sauce
  2. Layer base with rocket, beetroot and carrot
  3. Finish with 3 Chick’n Style Slices in each and your preferred dressing

Preparation Instructions:
For ease of use and to assist peeling, open one end of pack and microwave for 10 seconds.
