  • 1 Vegie Delights Chicken-Style Burgers
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 handful fresh baby spinach
  • 1 handful fresh rocket
  • ½ cucumber, in ribbons
  • 1 large multigrain wrap
  • Olive oil

Tzatziki

  • 2-3 tablespoons reduced fat natural yoghurt
  • ¼ cucumber, grated
  • 1 small garlic, crushed
  • Olive oil drizzle
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients under ‘tzatziki’ and taste. Season accordingly.
  2. In a small bowl, place sliced onion and pour over vinegar. Leave to pickle.
  3. Heat a small pan with olive oil over a medium high heat. Place Chicken-Style Burger and cook for 15 minutes, turning once until golden on each side. Slice into strips.
  4. Warm wrap and smear tzatziki in the middle of the wrap and top with baby spinach, rocket, cucumber, mint and the chicken burger.
