Pomegranate Glaze

  • 1 Vegie Delights Vegie Roast
  • 3 Tbps of maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup of 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp of pomegranate jam
  • 3 Tbps of salted roasted pumpkin seeds



  1. Place maple syrup, pomegranate juice and jam in small, lightly greased saucepan
  2. Heat mixture on medium temperature until it thickens; stirring regularly
  3. Add salted roasted pumpkin seeds
  4. For best result and if time permits marinate Vegie Delights Vegie Roast in glaze overnight covered in fridge. Otherwise, peck a few small holes into roast using a fork before applying the glaze so that the glaze can penetrate the inside of the roast
  5. Cook Vegie Delights Vegie Roast as per cooking instructions and serve with side dish of your choice
