Spaghetti Bolognese



  • 1 pack of Vegie Delights Savoury Vegie Mince
  • 1 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp of mixed Italian herbs
  • 2 tsp of tomato paste
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 400g of fettuccine pasta, cooked
  • Vegan friendly cheese of your choice
  • Fresh basil leaves


  1. Cook Vegie Delights Savoury Vegie Mince as per cooking instructions. Remove from pan
  2. Add onion and garlic to pan and cook in oil until softened. Stir through herbs for 30 secs until fragrant
  3. Add tomato paste, canned tomatoes, 1 cup of water, stir and bring to the boil.
  4. Reduce heat, add Vegie Delights Savoury Vegie Mince and simmer covered for 5 mins or until mince heated through.
  5. Serve with fettuccine, vegan friendly cheese and garnish with fresh basil
