- 4 Vegie Delights Hot Dogs
- 4 vegan hot dog rolls
- 2 brown onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup vegan cheese, grated
- 1 shallot, sliced
- Your favourite hot dog sauces – we used tomato and American style mustard
- Warm hot dog buns on a low heat in oven for a few minutes. Slice tops lengthwise.
- Pan fry hot dogs according to directions on pack.
- Pan fry onion on medium low heat until caramelised (approx. 10 minutes).
- Garnish with shallots and sauces of choice.
