1 tbs olive oil
1 pack Vegie DelightsTM Smokey BBQ Burgers
4 wholemeal bread rolls
4 slices reduced fat cheddar cheese of choice
1 small, sweet gherkin, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 cups rocket
1 tbs American style mustard
1 tbs chipotle aioli
Sweet Potato Wedges
2 large, sweet potato, thicky sliced into wedges
1 tbs olive oil
- Preheat oven to 220C. For the sweet potato wedges, toss cut up sweet potato in olive oil and then spread evenly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake until cooked through and browned, 30 minutes.
- Preheat frypan or BBQ plate to medium heat. Add oil and cook burgers according to pack directions. Remove from heat.
- Top base of bread roll with a burger patty, cheese and then some gherkin. Finish with tomato slices, rocket and sauces. Serve with sweet potato wedges and enjoy.
