  • 1 packet Vegie Delights™ Smokey BBQ Burgers
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 brown onion, finely diced
  • 40g cheese of choice, grated

To serve

  • 4 large wholegrain tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp mild American mustard
  • 1 Tbsp reduced-salt tomato sauce
  • 1 dill pickle, finely diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 leaves iceberg lettuce, finely sliced
  • Crisp side salad
  1. Preheat griller to high.
  2. Place a large oven-safe skillet over medium-low heat and drizzle in olive oil. Add the Vegie Delights Burgers to the pan and cook 4 - 5 minutes per side, until golden and warmed through. Transfer burgers to a board to cool.
  3. Add onion to the oil remaining in the skillet, and cook 3 - 5 minutes, until onion starts to soften and turn golden. While onion cooks, cut burgers into bite size pieces.
  4. Return burger pieces to the pan with the onions, and cook briefly to heat through. Top burger mixture with grated cheese, and place skillet under the preheated griller until cheese is melted.
  5. Gently warm tortillas to make them easier to roll. Spread 1 tsp each mustard and tomato sauce over a tortilla, and top with 1/4 of the cheesy burger mixture, dill pickles, lettuce, and tomato. Fold the tortilla up from the bottom and in from the sides, then roll into a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling ingredients. Serve burger burritos with a crisp side salad.
