  • 1 tbs olive oil 

  • 1 pack Vegie DelightsTM Chicken Style Burgers 

  • 4 wholemeal bread rolls, lightly toasted 

  • ½ cup baby spinach 

  • 4 slices reduced fat cheddar cheese of choice 

  • ½  tbs aioli 

  • ½ tbs sweet chilli sauce 

Slaw: 

  • ½  cup sliced red cabbage 

  • ½  cup sliced white cabbage 

  • ½ cup sliced carrot 

  • ½ cup sliced shallot 

  • ½ cup coriander leaves 

  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced (optional) 

  1. Place all the ingredients for the slaw in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly. Put aside.
  2. Preheat frypan or BBQ plate to medium heat. Add oil and cook burgers according to pack directions. Remove from heat.
  3. Lightly toast bread rolls. On the base of the roll, add spinach, chicken style burger, cheese and sauces. Top with the slaw.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
