1 tbs olive oil
1 pack Vegie DelightsTM Chicken Style Burgers
4 wholemeal bread rolls, lightly toasted
½ cup baby spinach
4 slices reduced fat cheddar cheese of choice
½ tbs aioli
½ tbs sweet chilli sauce
½ cup sliced red cabbage
½ cup sliced white cabbage
½ cup sliced carrot
½ cup sliced shallot
½ cup coriander leaves
1 long red chilli, deseeded and finely sliced (optional)
- Place all the ingredients for the slaw in a medium bowl and stir thoroughly. Put aside.
- Preheat frypan or BBQ plate to medium heat. Add oil and cook burgers according to pack directions. Remove from heat.
- Lightly toast bread rolls. On the base of the roll, add spinach, chicken style burger, cheese and sauces. Top with the slaw.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
