  • 1 pack of Vegie Delights™ Vegie Sausages
  • 1 red onion, sliced, pan fried
  • 150g char-grilled capsicum, finely sliced
  • 80g baby spinach leaves
  • 6 Multigrain long rolls
  • Chunky tomato relish
  1. Preheat frypan to medium heat. Add Vegie Sausages and cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Add onion to frypan and cook, stirring occasionally for 3 minutes, or until onion just softens.
  3. Fill each roll with spinach, capsicum and onion. Top with a Vegie Sausage and drizzle of relish. Serve hot and enjoy.
