  • 1 pack Vegie Delights™ Thick BBQ Sausages
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 large wholemeal baguette
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds

Spicy Sauce

  • 3 tbs hot chilli sauce
  • ½ lime, juiced

Kimchi Slaw

  • 1 cup vegetarian kimchi, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 1 cup grated purple radish
  • 1 cup each grated purple and white cabbage
  • 4 shallots, white and green parts, chopped
  • 2 tbs fresh coriander leaves plus extra for garnish
  1. For the slaw, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season with pepper to taste. Let rest for 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together chilli sauce and lime juice to taste.
  3. Preheat frypan or BBQ plate to medium heat. Add oil and cook Thick BBQ Sausages 6-7 minutes. Set aside and keep warm. Cut baguette into 5 pieces, and slice each, part way from the top, to create rolls. Add rolls to pan and cook for approx. 30 seconds or until warm.
  4. Top each hot dog roll with a Thick BBQ Sausage, slaw and drizzle of spicy sauce. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Use leftover slaw for lunches the next day.
