  • 4 Vegie Delights Crispy Chicken Style Burgers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp reduced salt soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 450g pack of hokkien noodles
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  1. Set 2 fry pans over medium heat.  Heat the olive oil in one of the pans and place the Vegie DelightsChicken Style Burgers in the pan to cook.  Cook the burgers for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through, turning once to brown the other side.
  2. Meanwhile, in the other pan add the sesame oil and onion.  Sauté the onion for a few minutes in the oil to soften before adding the carrot, capsicum and snow peas.  Toss the vegetables together over the heat to cook and soften.  After 1-2 minutes add the sauces, honey and cornflour.  Stir together so that the vegetables are coated with the sauce.  
  3. Place the hokkien noodles into a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over to soften.  Soak the noodles in the water for 2-3 minutes, stirring with a fork to help loosen them from each other.  Drain the water and add the noodles into the pan. At this point the burgers should be cooked. Remove the burgers from the pan and slice into strips, and add to the pan too. Stir to toss all ingredients thoughthe sauces and then sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
